Obituary of Derrick Briand

BRIAND, Derrick Daniel- Age 60 of Halifax; We are saddened by the death of our youngest brother Derrick D. Briand. Derrick was born on December 5, 1961 and was a son of the late George “Bucky” and Mary (Pemberton) Briand.  Derrick loved playing TV bingo, fishing and working on cars. Derrick is survived by his brother, Harold (Faye); sisters, Margaret Briand, Nita (Richard) Hull; many cherished nieces and nephews.  He is predeceased in infancy by his twin sister Darlene; siblings, Kathleen, George and Mary Young, Frances Chartrand.
