Obituary of Elizabeth H. Coffey

75, Timberlea, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 11, 2016, in the VG Site, QEII. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late John Joesph and Ella (Connors) Green. Betty will be sadly missed by her family and friends. She loved to laugh and listen to country music. She is survived by her sons, James Jr, Ontario; Brian, Halifax; Darryl (Florence), Timberlea; Dennis (Nicole), Hammonds Plains: Tony (Tausha), Timberlea; grandchildren, Nicolle, Christian, Shaun, Matthew, Johnathan, Tony, Rebecca and Riley; great-grandchildren, Liam, Abigail, Gregory, Olivia and Keeoe; sisters, Francis "Fanny" Howard, Mary Howard. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 48 years, James Francis Sr.; grandson, Darryl Deagle; brothers, George, Alex and Jackie; sisters, Florence Hill, Sylvia Barrett, Judy Biron and Dorothy Power. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Spryfield, where visitation will be held on Thursday, September 15 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Friday, September 16 at 2PM from the funeral home chapel, with a reception to follow.
