I am very proud to have called this man my grandfather ( farfar ) for 51 beautiful years. He was amazing great grandfather to Heather and April for almost 30 years and a great great grandfather to Scarlet for 3 . He thought of others over himself and welcomed friends and strangers to his home with open arms. This world is a sadder place without him, but he is with the love of his life Randi ( mimi ). I will miss you forever and love you with all my heart

We were so sorry to read of your Dad's passing. Just last week David and I spoke of him and wondered how he was doing. We have many special memories of your Mom and Dad and visiting your home on Colindale as teenagers. He looked so wonderful at his 100th birthday, We can only hope the years since were kind to him. He so deserved it ! We were honored to have known him and will always remember the 'Captain.'
