Donnie and I were sorry to hear about Ron's passing. Donnie worked with him at Sears he always had a smile and very pleasant. We ran into him several time in Spryfield and we would catch up on how they were doing. A true gentleman rest in peace Ron.

So sorry to hear of Ron's passing. Ron was a very pleasant man. Always smiling, teasing, and joking. It was always nice to see Ron and Noreen at family gatherings. Ron will always be remembered as a Loving and Caring soul. Rest in Peace Ron.

Ron and Noreen would often take me and my cousins, Sharon and Christine, to their cottage on the weekends when we were growing up. When I arrived home from school on Friday, I would immediately pack and wait for the invitation phone call from Ron. He never disappointed. Their cottage was on the ocean in East Jeddore and the water was typically cold. Ron loved to swim. He would stride down to the water and walk in without missing a beat; do a shallow dive and emerge from the water announcing "it is lovely!" I knew better. As a young girl, Ron amazed me that he could get in without flinching from the cold. I would slowly walk in and finally plunge under while Ron was swimming to shore. To this day, I love the water. Thank you Ron.

Ronnie, Such a kind sweet soul and such a special part of our childhood.. I will miss you calling me Minnie, my childhood nickname...you were one of the last and it warmed my heart each time.. Your blue eyes sparkled with every smile and you never seemed to age. The family was always so pleased to see you and Noreen arrive for get togethers and special occasions , we all so enjoyed talking about old times with you..I remember sitting wide eyed as a child at my grandmother Irene's on Friday nights listening to all the ghost stories being told around her kitchen table, you guys sure had some good ones. Special memories for sure. Yes you will be missed, fly high with the Angels everyone is waiting for you including my Mom who thought so highly of you .xo Minnie

So sad to hear of Ron's passing. Ron was one of those special people that once you met him you would never forget him. He had a smile that would light up a room and always had you laughing. Such a wonderful spirit. He and his wife Noreen (2nd cousin) were a welcome visit at family get togethers over the years. As a young child I remember Ron's teasing and always laughing with him. He will be sadly missed

Uncle Ron was my grandfather, Lawson’s, brother. I never had the opportunity to spend time with the other siblings but knew Uncle Ron from church at Emmanuel. He was always smiling and so friendly to everyone. He was such a bright light and loved to sing. The world needs more people like him to inspire living life to the fullest. RIP Uncle Ron. Give my Grandad a hug from me. ❤️

Deepest condolences to Noreen and all the family. Ron was a kind, humble and friendly person and always the gentleman. My Mom worked with him at Sears and when I worked there also - he & Noreen would always come & chat with me. My parents lived just up the street from them and we all shared many moments together at church. He will be greatly missed and always remembered. Rest In Peace Ron. Nancy and Jim Kendall
