Our deepest and most sincere condolences go out to you and your families on the passing of your dad, Wilson. You will all be in our prayers during this time of sorrow. Your dad was always so kind and helpful, especially through snowstorms After my sister Therese and I bought the house on the corner from our parents, your Dad and Mom would always watch out for us and us for them. Wilson was a man of integrity, a devoted Father to his home family and his Marine Family (his crew). He enjoyed teaching the art of seamanship, which he was a professional. You taught me plenty old friend, things I never found in books. RIP and meet all those crew and your wife who have gone before. Phil & Mary Grandy

So sorry for your loss of a great man. I got to know uncle wils as we back home always called him, at our regular card games every time he came for a visit. Not being from English Hr. East I grew to love this little fishing village and am proud to call it my home. Uncle Wils was a kind and gentle man that I have had the pleasure of knowing. He welcomed me with open arms and never had a unkind word to anyone. He had a great impact on my life and I will never forget him. God bless his family. He has taken an angel for sure.
