Obituary of Beatrice Verge

Verge, Beatrice (Collier), of Halifax. 

It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Beatrice at Melville Gardens, on December 12, 2022. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Ivan and Beatrice (Simpson) Collier. 

Surviving are her son, Ivan (Karen) Verge, of Truro; daughter, Elizabeth (Maurice) Connolly, of Lower Sackville; grandchildren, Scott (Amanda) Verge, P.J. Connolly (Jodi) and Christopher Connolly (Rachel); great granddaughters, Emma Verge, Teagan & Elaina Connolly; sisters, Charlotte (Ivan) Robinson, Shirley Moulton and Bertha (Boyd) Larson. 

Besides her parents she was predeceased by her sister Blanche Yeadon. 

There will be no service by request. A private family graveside service will take place at a later date.
