Obituary of Charles Joseph Fougere
FOUGERE, Charles Joseph-Age 61 of Halifax, It is with great sadness we, the family, announce the passing of Charles Fougere, In the QE11 Hospital on February 18, 2023, born in Halifax NS, he was the son of the late Ralph Leaton Fougere and Mary Eileen (Leblanc) Fougere.
He was a sport enthusiast, and really enjoyed hockey and baseball and wrestling.
Charlie is survived by siblings, Anna Norman, Brad Fougere, Emery Fougere, Brenda (Jules) Larade, Lorraine (Gary) Trentholm, Claire (Frankie) Daniels, Verna (Ed) Kyle, Veronica (Serge) Quintin, Denise (Lawrence) McKay and Raymond Fougere; friend, Crystal; nieces and nephews Rodney Fougere, and Tara Fougere; great-Nieces and nephews, Brooke Fougere, Samuel Durnford, and Zachary Garrison; special great-nephews, Xavier Fougere and Greyson Fougere.
Predeceased by his sister, Shirley Norman; brothers in-law, Charlie Norman and Danny Norman; sister in-law, Eileen Fougere; nephew, Wayne Kenneth Fougere.
The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks and deep gratitude for all expressions of sympathy and acts of kindness shown during this time of great sorrow and bereavement. In keeping with Charles wishes there will be a visitation held Thursday February 23, 2023 at 1 p.m. followed by a funeral service held at 2p.m. in the funeral home Chapel.
