Obituary of Elizabeth Lynn Langille

LANGILLE, Elizabeth “Beth” Lynn- Age 69 of Halifax, passed away peacefully with her loving son surrounded by her side February 21, 2023 at the QEII H.I. Site.  Born in Liverpool at the Queens General Hosptial, Beth was a daughter of the late Allan and Ruth (Boland) Freeman.  Beth held a job at New Systems Dry Cleaners, she did housekeeping at the Transcotia Motel and babysat most of her nieces and nephews for years.  She was also a caretaker for some time for the elderly and worked at a local fish processing plant.  She had a great love for her pets and spending time with family.

Elizabeth is survived by her only child Timothy Langille; grandson, Kyle Langille; great grandson; sister, Joan Whynot, Janet Whynot, June Roberts and Margaret Hatt.  She was predeceased by her two eldest sisters, Beverly Conrad and Anna Roberts. A special mention thank you to Vicki Lewis and Penny Lewis, whom Elizabeth was very fond of.

Arrangements and cremation have been entrusted to J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax. In keeping with Elizabeths wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service.  To place online condolences, please visit www.walkerfh.com
