Obituary of Anna Rose Norman
Norman, Anna Rose- Age 75 of Spryfield, it is with sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of Anna Rose Norman on July 28, 2023, at the QEII Halifax Infirmary Site. Anna was born in Halifax and a daughter of the late Ralph and Mary (LeBlanc) Fougere.
Anna was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, and sister to many, and she was a well-respected woman in the community of Spryfield. Anna loved and adored her family and had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren. She was a loving, caring and giving woman who would help anyone in need. She enjoyed her Saturday morning and playing Chase the Ace at her Brother Brads home. She was a member of the Local 152 Legion and enjoyed her time on the machines with her friends. Anna also loved to spend her weekends at the cottage, enjoying her time relaxing.
Anna leaves behind to mourn, sons, Charles Norman, John Norman, and Ronnie (Melanie) Norman; daughters, Mary (Paul) Norman and Bernadette Norman; grandchildren, Matthew, Jules, Cassandra (Mike) Billard and Charley Rose; great-grandchildren, Clara Rose, and Crystal; siblings _Sisters: Brenda (Jules) LaRade, Lorraine (Gary) Trenholm, Claire (Frankie) Daniels, Verna (Edward) Kyle,Veronica ( Serge) Quinten, Denise Fougere ( Lawrence). Brothers: Bradford Fougere, Emery Fougere, Raymond Fougere ( Crystal); many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her loving husband Charles Norman; sisters, Shirley Norman, and Glenna Fougere; brother, Charley Fougere
Cremation and arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home, 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax, N.S. In keeping with Anna’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday August 8th, 2023, at 2 p.m. Reception to Celebrate Anna’s life will follow at the Spryfield Legion @ 7 Sussex Street
