I am saddened to hear of Gordon's death. My condolences to the Cooper family. My mother, Minnie Blake, was very good friends with Gordon's late parents, Ben and Dollie Cooper, and they often stayed at her house in Hermitage when they were travelling to visit their children. May your memories help you through this difficult time.

Dear Sheila and family. So sorry to read of Gordon’s death. Life is a circle and his is now complete. We had so many good times at the Newfoundland Club and celebrations. Sending condolences to the family so sad to hear this news. I remember when I was 16 years old your dad drove me and my dad Tom Nash to NF so we could attend my Uncle Ambrose wedding in Gaultois we had a great trip with your dad . I remember as well the Sunday family dinners and all the dances my parents and your parents would go to at the Newfound Club. Hugs at this difficult time.
