Obituary of Thomas Roland Zinck
Thomas Robert “Blue” Zinck, age 57, a resident of Moncton, NB, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 8:25 am. He was born on July 24, 1967, to parents Thomas Zinck and the late Jeanette Dunford (George Dunford).
Thomas had a zest for life and found joy in simple pleasures. He had a passion for riding his motorcycle, feeling the wind on his face as he explored open roads. He also found solace in watching movies and listening to music, allowing these art forms to transport him to another world.
He is survived by his father, Thomas Zinck, Thomas “Blue” also leaves behind his beloved sisters Darlene Perry (Larry Smith) and Christine Zinck, who will miss his presence profoundly.
In addition, Thomas is survived by his nieces, Stephanie Blom and Stacey Blom, along with their daughters Ryleigh Blom-Phillips, Taylor Blom-Phillips, and Savannah Thorne, the daughter of Stacey Blom and Donald Thorne. Sharing in the grief are his nephews, Charles Briand, Nicholas Parsons, and Aaron Parsons, as well as Aaron's son, Bradley Parsons.
Thomas will be remembered as a kind-hearted soul who always wore a smile on his face. He touched the lives of those who knew him with his infectious laughter and genuine nature. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A memorial service will be held in Thomas's honor on Sunday, February 18th at 2:00pm at the J. Albert Walker Funeral Home, 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
