Obituary of Lillian Margaret MacDonald

MacDonald, Lillian Maragret:  77 Halifax, passed away on September 10, 2024 at the Halifax Infirmary, Halifax, NS, surrounded by her loving family.  Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late John and Catherine (Duggan) Morriscey.  Lillian was a kind and simple woman, who met the love of her life, Clarence, to whom she was married for 55 years.  Lillian was known as being a giving woman, always helping those is need, especially the homeless.  Her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren were her world and she was always there for them.  Nanny Lil was an awesome grandmother, loving wife and wonderful mother.  Lillian was an avid Blue Jays Baseball fan.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Clarence, her only daughter Darlene (Doug) Hubley, grandchildren, Jessica (Devon) and Jordyn (Patrick), and her great-grandchildren, Brandyn, Charlie, Lilly, Aaliyah, Jax, Alexander, Spencer and Tate.  She was predeceased by her parents, John and Catherine, and brothers, Matthew in infancy and Charlie (Bub).

Cremation has taken place.  In memory of Lillian, please extend kindness to the homeless.
