Obituary of Carol Ann Margeret Ellis

ELLIS, Carol Ann Margaret—Age 84 of Halifax, it is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Carol Ann Margaret Ellis on November 17, 2024, at the QEII Halifax Infirmary Site. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Queenie (Matheson) Ellis.    

Carol enjoyed spending time with her family and doing word searches.  When Carol was younger, she worked in the Book Room and the Canadian Diabetes Association for many years until her retirement. Carol was loved by so many and will be dearly missed. 

She is survived by her daughter Ashley Ellis (Gabe Fralick); grandchildren Dustin and Lily, and one on the way; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Doreen Sparks, Monica Swinamer, and Ralph Ellis.

Arrangements and cremation have been entrusted to J. Albert Walker Funeral Home, Halifax.  In keeping with Carol’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service.
