Obituary of Lorna Marriott

Marriott, Lorna Vivian- 92 of Halifax sadly passed away at the QE11 Health Sciences Center on February 27, 2017. Born in Upper Tantallon, she was the daughter of the late Ephraim and Dorothy Hurshman. Lorna is survived by her sons, Barry(Cathy), Middle Sackville and Brian(Jean), Halifax; sister Dorothy Ashford, Halifax; Grandchildren, Corey, Mike, Kevin, Nicole, 8 Great grandchildren. Lorna was predeceased by her loving husband, Leslie, brothers Guy, Harvey and Norman; sisters Elsie, Jean, Hillie and Ena. Arrangements are under the direction of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax, there will be no visitation by family request. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday March 11th, 2017 at 11am. In keeping with Lorna wishes, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
