Obituary of Adrienne "Ann" Power

POWER, Adrienne “Ann”: 92, Dartmouth, wife of the late Gordon Power, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 14, 2008 at Parkland-on-the-Lakes Enhanced Care, Dartmouth, NS. She was a lady who was loved by many, especially her family. She will be remembered for her priceless smile. Adrienne is survived by son, Kenneth, Halifax, grandsons, Anthony, Halifax, and Philip (Heidi), Halifax, granddaughter, Tracey, Halifax, sister, Claudine, Montreal, great-grandchildren, Mitchell, Michael, Miranda, Kelsey, and Brooklyn, as well as daughter-in-law, Heather Jones, Halifax. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Gordon, son, Warren, sisters, Flora, Leona, Patricia, and Marie, and brothers, Lionel, Reggie, and Lucien. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Parkland for all of the love and compassion given to Ann during her time in their care. Arrangements are under the care of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Spryfield, NS (477.5601), where a celebration of Adrienne’s life will be held on Monday, November 17, 2008 at 1 PM.
