Obituary of Sheila Goodwin

GOODWIN, Sheila Ann - 81, Halifax, passed away on January 23, 2009, in QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Marcella (MacNeil) Knickle. Sheila is survived by her daughters, Darlene (Ernest) Wilson, Eastern Passage; Kathy, Halifax; sisters, Delores (John) Boudreau, Arichat; Cherma (Ross) Lane, Miramichi; brother, Harold (Carole) Knickle, Dartmouth; grandchildren, Michael, Laurie, Gwen, Vania; great-grandchildren, Kenneth, Dennis and Henry; great great-grandchild, Kayla; many nieces and nephews, especially special niece, Carrot. She was predeceased by her husband, James; son, James in infancy; sister, Dianne Lepine; and brother, Carl Knickle. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at QEII Health Sciences Centre, 7.2, for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Rd., Spryfield (477-5601). By request, there will be no visitation or service.
