Gower, Sharon Rose: 60, Halifax, NS formerly of Springhill, passed away on May 6, 2009 at the VG Site, QEII, Halifax, NS. Born in Springhill, NS in 1948, she was a daughter of the late Reginald Ferguson and Dorothy (Maine) Matheson. She is survived by her husband, Donald Gower; son, Donald DeCoste; daughter, Lisa McNutt; three grandchildren; and one step-son, Joseph Gower. Cremation has taken place under the care of JA Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd., 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax, NS (477.5601). By request there will be no visitation or service.
