Obituary of Florence Elizabeth Steeves

STEEVES, Florence Elizabeth “Flo”: 63- Halifax, passed away April 15,2010 in Melville Lodge. Born in Dominion, NS. She was a daughter of the late Dan and Elizabeth (MacNeil) MacDonald. Flo is survived by loving husband George Jackson; daughters Geraldine Demone (Frank), Rose Marie Ross both of Dartmouth; step daughters Bessie and Elizabeth Anne Jackson both of Halifax; brothers Donald MacDonald, Raymond MacNeil both of Halifax; sisters Ann Hill (Kevin), Halifax, Rose Keating (Joe) Newfoundland; grandchildren Sarah Lee, Wayne, Catherine, Joseph, Carol Marie, Wade, Lee Ann; step grandchildren Millard, Donovan, Miranda; four great-grandchildren; uncles Murdock Campbell, Montreal Quebec, Daniel Campbell (Mary), Halifax; aunts Delores Mason (Bud), Gertrude Campbell both of Halifax, Myrna Scott, Sydney and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by 1st husband Robert Steeves; grandson Stephen and brother William MacDonald. Visitation will be held Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m., with funeral service on Monday 10a.m.,with reception to follow, in the J.A. Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. (477-5601) 149 Herring Cove Rd.
