Obituary of Harold Ronald Brown

50, Beechville, passed away May 13, 2010, at the VG Site, QEII. Born in Halifax he was a son of late Harold Brown and Leona (Brown) Higgins. Besides his mother, Harold is survived by girlfriend Lil Parker;former wife, Patsy Goris; son, Brandon Parker; daughters, Nadine Goris, Robin Brown, Alisha Parker, all of Halifax; brothers, George (Brenda), Aaron (Pam), both of Halifax; sisters, Gail, Halifax; Wendy Downey, Maxine Higgins, Bernadean, all of Toronto, Ont.; seven grandchildren; aunts and uncle, Doris Coolen, Mr. and Mrs. Ozzie Wyse; cousin and best friend, Lloyd DeLeon; several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place under the care of J.A. Walker Funeral Home (2005) Ltd. (477-5601), 149 Herring Cove Rd., where visitation will be held Sunday 7-9 p.m. Memorial service will take place Monday at 2 p.m. in Beechville Baptist Church, Rev. Lloyd Grant officiating. Interment in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
