Benny and family,
So sorry to hear of Frances passing.
She was always there to support, talk and listen anytime you needed her. I worked with her for years at Sears and have so many fond memories of her and Benny. RIP Frances, you are missed but never forgotten. ❤

I met Frances at Sears and loved her and Benny dearly. I had kept in touch even after I left Sears and always loved listening to their stories. Thank you for being a part of my life. I will miss you Frances, may you rest in peace.
Love,
Nabila

In 1999, I moved to Williamswood and wanted to do something in the community and thought about becoming a Girl Guide leader. I was given Frances’ name and number from the Girl Guide organization as she was looking for a co-leader for the local Girl Guide unit. I called her up and we realized we only lived around 4 houses apart, how convenient! We talked about my childhood in Girl Guides and her long experience as an adult leader. She asked how soon I wanted to start. I said right away and that I could pick her up on my way by……then she laughed and said, “Oh good, I got a speeding ticket and I can’t drive for a week because my license was suspended!” Well we both laughed. It was serendipity. We were leaders together from that point on for the next ten years and friends well past that. We brought the girls to weekend camps and day camps annually and it was a great experience. She was always kind and great with the girls. I am going to miss her strength, cheeky smile and laugh. -Christa Pierce
