Obituary of Doreen Findley

Findley, Emily Doreen (Findley) Sambro,

It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Emily at Halifax Infirmary on May 25^th 2022. Born in Sambro she was the daughter of the Late Joseph & Maude Findley.

Emily loved reading books as well as playing with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Leslie; son Craig (Heather), granddaughter Amanda (Mark) and grandson; Michael (Jill) along with great-grandchildren; Cohen, Payton, and Sophia. She will be sadly missed by Goldie, Joyce, and many friends.

Along with her parents, Emily was predeceased by daughter; Dawn and siblings; Erna, Anita, Dalton, Ivan, Brenton and Berard.

A grave-side funeral service for family and friends only is to take place at a later date.
