Hello Dear Eunice and family I just realized that John had passed With my Mom gone I had no way of knowing It’s been a few months but I do hope these few words of care are of some comfort I always liked John,s easy going ways and his smile It’s the end of an era of these wonderful CBC fellows that were such a part of the growth and development during an exciting era My Dad always spoke so highly of John And you being my teacher once it was so cool to know you were part of the CBC family. We think of you and your family and our sincere sympathy Eve Blei McGuffin and family of Kitchener Ont I know Burglind Blei of Halifax would also send her condolences

I want to express how sorry Iam for the familys loss. There are some very comforting words found in Gods Word, the Bible, at Acts the 17th. chapter, verses 24 & 25 where God is called "the source of life"......the One who gave life to all living creatures is certainly capable of restoring life to our loved ones who have died. Another comforting scripture is found in the Bible book of Job, the 14th. chapter, verses 14 & 15. It speaks about how God longs to bring back those who are in His memory & see them live on earth again. I hope this brings the family comfort. My sincere condolence to you & yours. Condolences to Johns family and friends. John and I attended Yarmouth Highy at the same time but after graduation our paths diverged and we nrver met again. I will always remember the many summer days at the William St Ball Park with John ,Halfie LeBlanc and Donald Duck Deveau and the evenings at Emins Pool Room where John always seemed to win playing Pea Pool. May he rest in peace.

Mrs. Huskins, Gary and Gail: We have lost a truly decent and kind man. He was always pleasant, and offered to help when a need arose. I remember my first year at Dal, when he came over to my house and tutored me in calculus. He helped me pass the course. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.
